Detailed Itinerary For The 4 Days Queen Elizabeth Wildlife
Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Early in the morning at a lodge of your choice in Kampala, our company representative from Chopper Tour and Travel will meet you there, and you will exchange greetings. After the greetings, you will be briefed about the safari details. You will be transferred from the lodge to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will embark on the journey to this park, where you will have several stopovers; for example, a stopover at Kayabwe at the equator monument, and you will have pictures and buy souvenirs. You will go ahead with the journey with another stopover at the Igongo Cultural Centre, where you will have lunch and tour around.
Once you are done, you will proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park, arriving in the evening. You will check into a lodge, and you will relax after your bath. You will have dinner, and you will retire to bed.

Day 2: Morning game drive and an afternoon boat cruise
Early morning breakfast, and you will leave the lodge with the guide and head to the park headquarters. You will meet the park guides to take you through the guidelines to follow while on a morning game drive. You will then set off for the game drive with a guide. You will head to the Kasenyi plains for a morning game drive as you sight animals like the tree-climbing lions in the Ishasha sector. You will spot animals like leopards, elephants, buffaloes, warthogs and many more. You will head back to the lodge after 3 to 4 hours of conducting the morning game drive.
You will have lunch at the lodge, and after lunch, you will go for an afternoon boat cruise at the Kazinga Channel. The afternoon boat cruise will last for 2 to 3 hours. You will see animals like hippos, crocodiles, bird species and many more. The guide will take you back to the lodge after the boat cruise. You will rest at the lodge, and later you will have dinner. You will then retire to bed.
Day 3: Chimpanzee trekking and a nature walk
Early in the morning, you will have breakfast at the lodge. After breakfast, you will be transferred to the park headquarters for briefing. You will get the guidelines to follow while chimpanzee trekking. You will leave the park headquarters with an armed ranger guide, and you will head to Kyambura Gorge for chimpanzee trekking. You will search for the chimpanzees with the aid of the guide, and it will take you about 30 minutes to 4 hours, depending on their location. You will spend one hour with them, and you also capture pictures of them.
You will head back to the lodge for lunch after you relax for a while. Later in the afternoon, you will be picked up from the lodge by a guide, and you will go for a nature walk. You will be able to spot wildlife at a close range. You will have views of numerous birds, and after, you will get back to the lodge in the evening. You will have dinner at the lodge, and you will retire to bed.
Day 4: Transfer back to Kampala
Early in the morning, you will have breakfast. You will check out of the lodge after breakfast. The guide will pick you up from the lodge, and you will head to Kampala. You will have a stopover at a hotel in Mbarara, where you will have lunch. You will proceed to Kampala after lunch, and you will arrive at a hotel of your choice in Kampala, where the guide will leave you.
