Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up and drive to Tarangire National Park
You shall be picked up by your guide at the hotel in Arusha after breakfast at your hotel of stay and proceed to transfer you to Tarangire National Park, which is known for large herds of elephants and also numerous bird species.
Your Tanzania safari guide shall welcome you to Tanzania and brief you about the safari. Engage in a game drive in Tarangire National Park and look out for different wildlife species such as elephants, buffalo, antelopes, zebras, lions, leopards, and others. After the game drive, you will proceed to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Full-Day Game Drive in Tarangire Park
Today, you shall get to enjoy a full-day game drive in Tarangire, looking out for various other animals in Tarangire National Park that you may have otherwise missed.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park, and later have a last game drive as you leave the park, driving back to your lodge of stay. Dinner and overnight stay as above.
Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater Drive
Your breakfast will be served at your lodge ahead of your drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will enjoy a crater drive in the Ngorongoro Crater, where you will visit the world’s largest inactive caldera, which is also home to numerous wildlife species such as the big 5 as well as wildebeests, zebras, hippos, cheetahs, antelopes, elands, impalas, gazelles, waterbucks, and hartebeests, among others.
You will also descend about 600 metres into the Ngorongoro Crater. You will enjoy seeing attractions like Lake Magadi, where you will see flamingos along the shores of the lake, as well as hippos. After this experience, you will have dinner and spend the night at the lodge.

Day 4: Full day in Lake Manyara National Park, Walking Safari
After having breakfast at your lodge, your Tanzania safari guide will drive you to Lake Manyara National Park, which is home to the tree-climbing lions, elephants, and so much more.
You will have a stop in Mto wa Mbu town, where you will visit craft shops and also interact with the locals on your way to the park.
You will engage in a game drive exploring Lake Manyara National Park and enjoy seeing the diverse scenery of the park. You will also look out for different wildlife species around the national park, such as antelopes, gazelles, buffalo, leopards, waterbucks, monkeys, and baboons, among others, as well as different bird species.
After your game drive, enjoy lunch, and later on, get to embark on one of the most amazing activities: a guided walking safari.
A walking safari in Lake Manyara brings you up close with nature and wildlife, including zebras, antelopes, and giraffes, among so many others. The walking safari is guided by park officials who are conversant with the park.
Proceed to the lodge thereafter and relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5: Morning Game Drive, Departure
You will have an early game drive in the park for some last-minute wildlife viewing. Enjoy breakfast. After breakfast, your guide will drive you to Arusha and drop you off at the airport for your flight, which will mark the end of your Tanzania safari.
