Detailed itinerary
Day 1: arrival and transfer to your hotel
on the 1st day of 10 days Uganda safari, your company driver/ guide will come and pick you up from the Entebbe airport and drop you to your hotel in Kampala where you will have dinner and overnight stay for the night as you wait for the next day to start your trip officially.
Day 2: transfer to L.mburo
In the morning of the second day, you will be picked from your hotel and drive southwestern towards Lake Mburo national park with a mini stop over at equator for photographs. Upon arrival, go for an afternoon boat cruise on Lake Mburo anticipating to see some hippos, crocodiles and some water birds and later return to check in at your lodge.
Day 3: Game drive and transfer to Bwindi national park
On the 3rd day of 10 days Uganda safari, you will begin your day with the game drive in search of zebra, elands, giraffes, buffaloes, waterbucks, topis among others and if luck is on your side, a leopard can be seen later further. Later you will transfer to Bwindi in the afternoon after arriving you will check in the room for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: gorilla tracking and community visit
After breakfast coverage at the park headquarters for briefing and gorilla group allocation. In a group of 8 people trackers, you will be led by a game ranger of the company of several porters to a gorilla group specified
Day 5: transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park
Wake up for breakfast and get ready to set out to queen Elizabeth national park being the second largest nation park in Uganda famously known for its tree-climbing lions.
Later, in the afternoon, you will have the launch boat cruise on the 40m long kazinga channel a link between Lake Edward and George. The banks of the channel attract the highest concentration of hippos, crocodiles and bird species all year. After the boat cruise, you will travel for dinner and overnight stay at your respected lodge.
Day 6: game drive and transfer to kibale
On the 6th day of 10 days Uganda safari, you will have a morning breakfast from your lodge, then the guide/ drive will come and pick you up from the lodge take you to southern part of the park, you will be able to spot the lion climbing, buffaloes, elephants, giraffes, and luck ones will be able to see the cat family since they do hunting in the early mornings. After the game drive they will drive back to the lodge for lunch and relaxation. Then in the afternoon you will be transferred to kibale national park where you will reach in the late evening then have a check-in rooms for dinner and overnight.
Day 7: chimpanzee tracking
You will wake up on the 7th day on the morning breakfast, after your guide/ driver will come and pick you up, drive you to the park headquarters for chimpanzee briefing after the briefing, they will group 8 people per group. During chimpanzee tracking, the visitors will be given one extra hour with chimpanzee after spotting them, take photos for memories.

Day 8: transfer to Murchison falls national park
On the 8th day, you will have to travel to Murchison falls national with the observation of beautiful sceneries along the way, the park is best well known for standards game drives, beautiful waterfalls and amazing launch cruise along the Nile. It is the Uganda’s biggest national park and the best to observe game. The tourists will arrive in the late evenings, check in the rooms for dinner and overstay.
Day 9: game drive and boat cruise
On the 9th day of your Uganda safari, you will wake up early for morning breakfast, have the morning game drive in the national park spotting different mammals like elephants, buffalos, giraffes, and the lucky ones will be able to spot the elusive leopards which always hunts in the early morning. After, game drive, they will be driven back to the hotel for lunch and relaxation as you wait for afternoon boat cruise on River Nile which goes up to the bottom of the falls while observing the animals like Nile crocodiles, hippos, elephants and buffalos which always come to the lake to drink water in the afternoon. After you will come back to the lodge for dinner and overstay.
Day 10: Entebbe departure
On the last day of the 10 days Uganda safari, you will wake up in the morning check- out of the rooms, drive out of Murchison falls national park observing the beautiful savannah vegetation, thick trees of budogo forest, continue to Masindi you can an optional of rhino tracking at ziwa rhino sanctuary or you can directly go for lunch as you proceed to Entebbe in the late evening waiting for your flight.
